• Cross-border employment for inbounds and outbounds: When employees come to work in Belgium or leave Belgium to go work abroad, there are several aspects which should be taken into account with respect to immigration, social security, employment and taxes. As from the start of the employment in Belgium, the required immigration formalities should be fulfilled. Furthermore, it is recommended to look into the specifics of every situation to see how this international assignment could be structured from a Belgian perspective. During this webinar, we will discuss some points of attention in this respect and how these items could be tackled.
