RSM is pleased to invite you to our upcoming event about “Transfer of personal data between EU and US”. 

The EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework is no longer a valid mechanism to comply with EU data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States (cfr. 16 July 2020, Judgement Court of Justice of the European Union). This judgement is known as the “Schrems II” case.  

The speakers will discuss the implications for the transfer of data between the European Union and the United States.
